“David provided excellent full life cycle coverage on a new house build in 2014 and 2015. Dave would visit houses and land as we looked for the right opportunity in Piermont. His practical wisdom and counsel was invaluable in us finally settling on a great piece of land with a house that we knew we would have to knock down. He worked closely with us and the architect from the get go, advising on design ideas and providing realistic and comprehensive estimates. In addition he provided help in dealing with the permitting process.

We executed on the house build project with David as the GC, however he proved to be much more than that. In addition to what you would expect (cost and budget management, coordinating the sub-contractors and managing the overall build timeline) he constantly provided pro-active design feedback and also ensured we as clients were meeting our deliverables on the project (in the nicest way possible). The net result was a beautiful, well built home that was provided on time and within budget. We have lived in the house for just over a year with no issues and a minimal punch list.
